Southwind Construction Services Awarded Position on $495M USACE Tulsa District Vertical Construction MATOC

Edmond, OK— July 21, 2025 — Southwind Construction Services, part of the Quivera Enterprises family of companies, has been awarded a spot on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Tulsa District’s Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build Vertical Construction projects. This five-year contract carries a total shared capacity of $495 million.

The MATOC will support vertical construction efforts across military installations in Oklahoma and north Texas, with projects primarily focused on sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM). The scope includes new construction, repairs, and renovations of a wide range of facilities such as administrative offices, healthcare buildings, warehouses, dormitories, dining halls, aircraft hangars, classrooms, and related support structures.
