Southwind Construction Services Awarded Position on $99M USACE Tulsa District Civil Works MATOC

Edmond, OK— July 22, 2025– Southwind Construction Services, a subsidiary of Quivera Enterprises, has been awarded a position on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Tulsa District’s Civil Works Small Business Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The contract has a total shared capacity of $99 million over a potential seven-year period, consisting of a three-year base and two optional two-year extensions.

This MATOC will support a range of civil and military construction projects across the region. Areas of performance include military installations in Oklahoma and north Texas, as well as USACE-operated dams, lakes, and recreation areas throughout Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Task orders may involve a variety of construction services that enhance, maintain, or restore critical infrastructure and public-use facilities.
