HUBZone SB JV Awarded USACE Mobile Civil Works Design-Build and Construction Project USACE - Mobile District
Edmond, OK – July 9, 2025 - Southwind Construction Services, LLC—a member of the Quivera Enterprises family of companies—and A & M Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. have been awarded a five-year Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Mobile District. The A & M & Southwind Small Business Joint Venture (SB JV), a HUBZone-certified team established in 2021, will perform civil works design-build and heavy construction services throughout the district. This Multiple Award Task Order Contract will allow for heavy construction projects within the Mobile District. Work will consist of activities such as grading, drainage, stormwater infrastructure, utility systems, ecosystem restorations, marine structures, fire suppression systems, water and wastewater systems, small single-story structures, and other miscellaneous civil works items including rehabilitation, new construction, or a combination thereof to remediate the area.
