Midwest City, OK— October 31, 2025 — Quivera Enterprises is proud to announce the appointment of two distinguished leaders to its Board of Managers. These new members bring a wealth of knowledge and experience across federal acquisition, strategic business development, and mission-driven leadership.

Crawford also extended her appreciation to the Wichita Tribe Industrial Development Commission (WTIDC) for their instrumental support in shaping this milestone.

The Board of Managers will play a key role in guiding Quivera’s strategic direction, strengthening governance, and accelerating impact as the organization continues to grow its portfolio across construction, technology, and professional services.

Rose Roberson is an accomplished leader with a career grounded in service, excellence, and a strong commitment to supporting Native communities. She brings extensive experience across federal operations, having served as Regional Contracting Officer and Regional Management Analyst for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Region, as well as Program Manager (Superintendent) of the Anadarko Agency. Rose has also contributed her expertise through board service with the Federal Executive Board for the State of Oklahoma, where she served as Board Member, Vice-Chair, and Chair.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is known for her strategic problem-solving, clear communication, and ability to build effective relationships. Rose’s work ethic, adaptability, and dedication to continuous learning have shaped her into a respected leader across every organization she has served. Her industry knowledge and passion for her community will be instrumental in advancing Quivera’s mission to support economic growth and sovereignty for the Wichita and Affiliated Tribes.

With more than a decade of experience in public accounting and advisory services, Marcus Benally specializes in meeting the financial and compliance needs of Native American tribes, enterprises, and healthcare organizations. As Senior Manager of Client Advisory & Accounting Services at REDW LLC, Marcus leads teams delivering comprehensive accounting solutions, outsourced CFO/Controller services, audit preparation, and federal program compliance training for tribal governments and organizations with complex, multi-entity structures.

Marcus also serves as Chairman of the Board for the Valley Young Professionals – Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, where he fosters leadership development, professional growth, and community engagement for emerging leaders across Arizona. An enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, Marcus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from New Mexico State University and an M.B.A. in American Indian Entrepreneurship from Gonzaga University. His deep expertise and community-driven approach make him a valuable addition to the Quivera board.
